Due to the nature of custom embroidery and made-to-order production for each item, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Shipping delays
- Wear and tear after delivery

2. Limitation of Liability
CatwifMask is not liable for any misuse, unintended use, or consequences that may result from the wearing or display of our products. By purchasing, you agree that:
- You will use the product in a lawful and responsible manner.
- CatwifMask is not responsible for any injury, damage, or third-party disputes arising from the use of our items.

3. Product Representation
We make every effort to accurately display product colors, sizing, and embroidery details. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manual craftsmanship. These do not qualify for a refund or dispute.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, images, and branding associated with CatwifMask are the exclusive intellectual property of CatwifMask. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of our brand or products without written permission.
5. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide during checkout or email communication will be used solely for order processing and support purposes. We do not sell or share your data.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. By placing an order, you consent to jurisdiction in the U.S. for any disputes that may arise.
